    • Ideal for quick overviews and summary calculations. Fewer columns and rows mean a focus on the bigger picture.
  3. Custom Reports:

    • Tailored just for your organization by Professional Services. These unique reports offer specialized formatting, ensuring your specific needs are met.

 

Essential Report Components

  • Report Criteria: Define which records make the cut! Filters help you tailor your reports to show only the most relevant data.
  • Report Setup: Your command center for configuring how data is displayed. Choose the columns that matter most and present your data in a way that resonates.

 

Master Grouping and Sorting

  • Take control by sorting data across five fields, starting with the broadest category (e.g., Parent Location).
  • Use the Group checkbox to organize records efficiently, making your reports even more insightful.

Set your reports on autopilot! Here’s how to schedule and automate your reporting:

Effortless Emailing of Reports

  1. Run the report you want to share.
  2. Click Email and let the magic begin!
  3. The From Name will automatically reflect you—personalize it if you'd like!
  4. Select recipients from your address book or add new ones effortlessly.
  5. Choose the email priority (High, Normal, Low) to ensure your report gets the attention it deserves.
  6. Modify the subject line to capture interest.
  7. Add a personalized message to engage your recipients.
  8. Select your desired format (HTML or PDF).
  9. Click Apply and watch your report fly!

Schedule Reports Like a Pro

  1. Choose the report and click Setup Report.
  2. Head to the Schedule tab and turn on Email Schedule.
  3. Pick your preferred frequency for sending reports—be it daily, weekly, or monthly.
  4. Set the start date and time for delivery.
  5. Select the attachment type (HTML is usually best).
  6. Prevent sending blank reports by checking the relevant box.
  7. Add your email recipients, separating addresses with commas for easy management.
  8. Adjust the From Name and From Email if you want a personal touch.
  9. Specify any days to exclude from sending.
  10. Click Apply and you’re all set!

  • Seamless Access: Dive into the Reporter directly from the Main Application Menu (with Access Group permissions) or the MRO Toolbar. Your reporting journey starts here!
  • Input Matters: Remember, quality data leads to quality insights! Ensure all Work Orders have the Type field accurately filled (e.g., Preventive, Corrective, Follow-Up) to get the most out of your reports.
  • Protect Your Work: Always make a copy of the base report before making changes. Safeguard your original reports and avoid irreversible modifications!
